In this guide, we will show you how to easily find a customer's purchase history in the POS365. This applies only for customers who are registered in the backend.
Step 1.
Go to the "Order Manager".
Step 2.
Press "Customers".
Step 3.
Search for a customer in the upper box, and choose the searched customer in the lower box.
Step 4.
Press "History".
Step 5.
Search for a specific receipt, or press "Enter" to search for all receipts on the customer.
Press the receipt you want.
Step 6.
Choose whether you want to show or print the receipt.
